These include, but are not limited to, the Demed mobile site, Renewal by Demed websites and apps, official sweepstakes entry forms, forms connected to this Privacy Policy, mobile apps, and other associated apps linked to Andersen products and services (together known as the "Sites"). This Privacy Policy is also a part of Demed's "Site Terms and Conditions of Use."
